Purchasing in bulk is most definitely less expensive than on an as-is basis from a supermarket or butcher. Once you decide on your order, click on your choice and then click on the purchase button to submit your down payment or please contact us via email or phone call to make arrangements for your down payment. Balance will be due at time of processing in the first week of November for November pickup or December for December pickup.
