Purchasing in bulk is most definitely less expensive than on an as-is basis from a supermarket or butcher. Once you decide on your order, click on your choice and then click on the purchase button to submit your down payment or please contact us via email or phone call to make arrangements for your down payment. Balance will be due at time of processing in the first week of November for November pickup or December for December pickup. Processing fee of apron $1.10/lb is paid to Innovative Foods at time of pick up. Don't forget to fill out your cut file below requesting how you would like your beef cut and packaged!

Whole Beef Down Payment

Recommended for large families with 2 or more hungry adults and older kids or for those who entertain often. It will take up almost all of a large upright freezer (20 cu.ft.). Whole beef down payment $1650. Total price of $5.50/lb before processing will be determined upon hanging weight (during processing you will lose about 30% to removal of bones and such). Avg hanging weight 900lbs. Avg weight in final meat packaged and received 650lbs. Avg total $4950 which is paid to Hatcreek Cattle. Processing fee of approx $1.10lb is paid to Innovative Foods at time of pick up. Balance of hanging weight is due upon delivery for processing during the first week of November or December, depending on supply. You will be billed once we deliver to the processor.
