Website launched on March 20,2021 in honor of Colorado state's MeatIN Day (which was in response to our misguided governor's MeatOUT day to encourage people not to eat meat)! Beef is VERY healthy for the human body. Red meat is one of the most nutritious foods you can eat. It is loaded with vitamins, minerals, antioxidants and various other nutrients that can have profound effects on health. Beef contains Vitamin B3 (niacin), Vitamin B12 (cobalamin, which is unattainable from plant foods), Vitamin B6 (pyridoxine), Iron (this is high-quality heme iron, which is absorbed much better than iron from plants), Zinc, Selenium, and plenty of heart-healthy omega-3s, the fatty acid CLA and higher amounts of vitamins A and E. Red meat is also rich in important nutrients like creatine and carnosine.

Our beef is sold by 1/4, 1/2, or whole carcass weight at $5lb plus cost of processing. Customer picks up beef from the processing plant in Evans, CO either mid-November or mid-December
