FAQs

What forms of payment do you accept?

A. Check, MO, debit and credit cards, VENMO, and Paypal.

Grass-fed?

A. Yes for the larger percentage of their lives, then finished off with Colorado grown corn to produce the desired marbling, taste, and tenderness.

Can I just order steaks?

A. On your cut card with the processor, you can just order premium cuts such as steaks. Then the rest of your beef will be processed into hamburger (but may we suggest some great roasts as well?)

Do you ship to other states or locations?

A. Not at this time. Might we suggest that you support your local ranchers instead?

The only thing I regret is not ordering MORE!

John Burch, First Time Customer

My son and I could tell the difference immediately from any store bought meat we’ve ever had. Hatcreek Cattle beef even tastes as good, if not better, than any fancy restaurant beef”

Mike Miles, customer
